Are you currently out of work and looking for your next opportunity? This complimentary program is our “New Year’s” gift for women who are in transition and actively searching for a job.

Are you ready to get clear on who you are at your best and take meaningful action from a place of strength?

This six-week virtual program is an opportunity to reset, reflect, and reconnect with what makes you feel energized, grounded, and confident again. You’ll be with a cohort of women who are experiencing similar life challenges to your own.

    One-Hour Weekly Sessions on Fridays from 11:00AM-12:00PM ET.

What to Expect

Weeks 1-2

Take time to step back and reflect on your values, strengths and interests. You will look back on your life and remember all that you have to offer and recognize the things that have gotten squeezed out or covered up over time.

Weeks 3-4

Explore the expectations that have been placed on you or that you have placed on yourself. How has this affected the roles and responsibilities that you have taken up in your life? What would you like to change? This is a moment where you can free yourself from assumptions and gain clarity for the things you want to lean into and showcase.

Weeks 5-6

Receive important feedback from the people in your life who can give you an honest depiction about how you put your strengths into action. Use all of the information gathered in the program and reflect on where you are today and determine what you want to prioritize for your next job opportunity. Create a Best Self Summary that you will say out loud to your classmates. Leave with a new sense of self and possibility.
