Are you ready to rediscover what inspires you?

During this six-week exploration you will get the opportunity to step off life’s treadmill and examine how the expectations of self and others may need to be adjusted and shifted, to allow you to get back to the things you are good at and truly love.

What to Expect

Weeks 1-2

Take time to step back and reflect on your values, strengths and interests. You will look back on your life and remember all that you have to offer and recognize the things that have gotten squeezed out or covered up over time.

Weeks 3-4

Explore the expectations that have been placed on you or that you have placed on yourself. How has this affected the roles and responsibilities that you have taken up in your life? What would you like to change? This is a moment where you can free yourself from assumptions and gain clarity for the things you want to lean into and showcase.

Weeks 5-6

Receive important feedback from the people in your life who can give you an honest depiction about how you put your strengths into action. Use all of the information gathered in the program and reflect on where you are today and determine what you want to prioritize in your life. Create a Best Self Summary that you will say out loud to your classmates. Leave with a new sense of self and possibility.
