


Rediscovering Your Best Self: Fall 2025
September 19 - October 17, 2025 (virtual program)
This six-week exploration is all about re-discovering what excites and inspires you. You will get the opportunity to step off life’s treadmill and examine how the expectations of self and others may need to be adjusted and shifted, to allow you to get back to the things you are good at and truly love. At the end of the program, you will have reprioritized important aspects of your life and can build on your unique strengths to ‘say Yes’ to a new idea, outlook or opportunity.

What to Expect
Weeks 1-2
Take time to step back and reflect on your values, strengths and interests. You will look back on your life and remember all that you have to offer and recognize the things that have gotten squeezed out or covered up over time.
Weeks 3-4
Explore expectations that have been placed on you or that you have placed on yourself. How has this affected the roles and responsibilities that you have taken up in your life? What would you like to change? This is a moment where you can free yourself from assumptions and gain clarity for the things you want to lean into and showcase.
Weeks 5-6
Reflect on where you are today and determine what you would like to re-prioritize in your life. Establish your “say Yes” list of the things that will fulfill and inspire you and decide what actions will propel you in that direction.
